This policy outlines our refund eligibility criteria, the process for requesting refunds, and what you can expect during the refund procedure. We've designed these guidelines to be fair and transparent for all our clients in Argentina and beyond.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under specific circumstances and timeframes. Here are the main scenarios where refunds may be approved:

Learning Program Cancellations

Full refund available if you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 10% of the course materials.

Technical Issues

Refunds considered when technical problems prevent access to purchased content for more than 72 hours despite support efforts.

Service Changes

If we significantly modify or discontinue a service you've purchased, you're eligible for a prorated refund of unused portions.

Billing Errors

Immediate full refund for any unauthorized charges or billing mistakes identified on your account.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Refund Scenarios

Different situations require different approaches. Here's what applies to various refund scenarios:

Partial Course Completion

If you've completed less than 25% of a learning program within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 75% of the original purchase price.

B

Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no refund for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds if canceled within 30 days.

Consultation Services

One-on-one consultation sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Refunds are only provided if we're unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.

Bundle Packages

For bundled services, refunds are calculated based on the individual component pricing minus any bundle discounts you received.

Important Refund Limitations

Please note that refunds are not available after 30 days from the original purchase date, regardless of usage. Digital content that has been fully accessed or downloaded is generally not eligible for refunds unless there were technical issues preventing proper use.

Refunds for services purchased with promotional discounts or special offers may be subject to additional terms specified at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:

Credit Card Refunds

Most credit card refunds appear within 5-7 business days, though some banks may take up to 2 billing cycles to process the credit.

Bank Transfer Refunds

For payments made via bank transfer, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing policies.

Digital Wallet Refunds

Refunds to digital wallets like PayPal usually process within 3-5 business days and will appear as a credit in your wallet balance.

Currency Considerations

For international clients, please note that refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank during the original purchase are not refundable, and similar fees may apply to the refund transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Custom research reports that have been completed and delivered
  • One-time consultation sessions that have already been conducted
  • Certification fees paid to third-party organizations
  • Late fees or penalty charges
  • Services used beyond the specified refund eligibility period

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you can request a review by contacting our customer service team. We'll escalate your case to a senior team member who will conduct a thorough review of your situation.

For unresolved disputes, we encourage clients to work with us directly before pursuing other resolution methods. Our goal is always to find a fair solution that considers both your needs and our business policies.
